Lifting beam
Vertical sliding ensured by a set of 8+8 wheels mounted on bearings and vulkolan coated. Lifting realised with double P20 toothed belts driven by a gear motor applied to a gear system for splitting the motion to the two lifting belts. Gripping elements
realised with a comb (similar to those in the warehouse) mounted on No. 3 toothed belt translators to perform the necessary stroke for the insertion/pick-up of the panels in the combs of the warehouse. No. 2 made from epoxy powder-coated pressed steel profiles, rollers Ø 50 mounted at 25 mm. multiple pitch, variable in accordance with the pitch of the combs in the warehouse. Horizontal traversing trolleys
No. 2 mounted on 4 load-bearing wheels and 4 directional wheels, all with bearings and vulkolan coating. Carriage drive realised with toothed belt driven by gearmotor mounted in the header on one side of the supporting beam. Gripping forks
5 telescopic forks complete with toothed belt conveyor for chain-driven trolley. The 5 forks are required for gripping panels in all required formats, especially small ones
